A roller furling unit allows you to set a headsail with fewer crew members
and make quick adjustments to the sail area. Reef or douse your headsail without
sending a person onto the foredeck. There are many brands of roller furling
units on the market today that fit just about any budget. Existing headsails
may be converted over to be used on roller furling systems! Split drum units
are available for quick change from furling headstays to double grooved headstays
for those of you who want the best of both the cruising and racing configurations.

Main
Furling
For larger boats full length battens create heavy loads, making raising and
lowering the mainsail difficult. Often times basic sail slides can't handle
the stress of a large full batten main. There are various slide and track
systems designed to raise, reef and douse your sail easily, even when the
boat is not head to wind.
Does your sail fall all over the place after you douse it. A Hallett Lazy
Jack system will contain your unruly main. This system holds the sail over
the boom after its doused, so you can have visibility while going to your
mooring or slip. This system is the simplest, lowest priced and most effective
way of containing your mainsail.

can reproduce or custom make any standing rigging on your sailboat. We use
only the best 1x19 wire and have an in house hydraulic swage machine that
make the most
accurate and safe swages.
